Human Timebombs - English Subtitles

Human Timebombs is a documentary about the most complex neurological disorder known to man.
AHC is still not known by majority of neurologists in the world and only a very small percentage of the general public is familiar with rare diseases in general and only a fraction of them know AHC so it´s fair to say that the disease needs a voice and we hope that Human Timebombs will be that voice.
We would also like to help researchers and the public to realize that by finding a treatment for AHC we could very possibly find a treatment for other much more common diseases and help millions of people all over the world improve their quality of life.

This film brought back so many childhood memories of my own, however mine wasn't as severe as hers until I got into my late 30's then it turned. I didn't have the family support as she does, such as my parents seeking medical attention back then, most hid things such as this back then. . It wasn't until 1991 that I was formally diagnosed with Hemiplegic Migraines at John's Hopkins. I'm 62 now and with the help of my neurologist and primary care doctor I'm on a combination of medication that controls the symptoms more effectively that my attacks aren't as severe. I feel very blessed to be married for 43 years and had 2 children and 3 grandchildren. I hope my story brings comfort and some hope to this young lady and her wonderful compassionate family. Many Thanks and gratitude for making this film brining attention to this disease.

This is heartwrenching but so so imformative. Watching this and seeing them all having to endure what my own child has been going through. We've just done genetic testing so waiting for the results now..
