flash steps. thats what he did in the video and its what i reocmmend depending on the fruit. Psycho v2 gives uncancellable moves which with dough is goated beacuse you can use ur v move and keep using it even when hit which completely counters cyborg and sky v4

If his bar reaches 150% then he has that rage thing on tier II, having the other one to tier II makes him capable of holding a move without interruption. Basically, unstunnable if they're holding a move.
