is the guitar actually in that tuning or are you using the transpose feature? not judging either way. it sounds great. just curious. i've been looking for a 27 inch scale length 7 string with an evertune but i'm left handed and it basically doesn't exist. but the tao 7 looks great. thinking about buying it. just not sure how well it'll handle like a drop f tuning?

It was originally played in Drop E. I've played drop E even on 26.5. And I feel the huge difference with 27, yeah. Don't feel any problem actually, but it might be my inexperience. You still have my cover haha

Same here. I have a 7 String Apocalypse and drop F is where it gets muddy. Using a 76 gauge I think. Drop G sounds the best though for me. Dude this cover was superb! Holy shit!
