I was in my front yard I live on the foothills of a massive mountain in Arizona. It was past dusk by a few hours it's pitch black, hardly any light except for the moon! I heard something above me,and looked up and sitting on top of my telephone pole power pole, and at first it was about 3 to 4 feet tall and looked just like a massive Owl but it looked like an Owl.. all accept the size of this entity. It was huge, I had every hair on my body stood on end and my heart pounded faster and faster as I tried to focus my eye's on this massive something perched on top of the power pole 50 feet from my house. Then, after about 5 minutes of being frozen in time, not trying the breath, and for a few moments, it looked like a Grey alien, it then took off and disappeared. A massive wing span of 8 feet or so. I was frozen still & to be honest, I was Really, freaked out! It was the realist contact I had ever witnessed. I have not seen it again, but whatever this thing was ,It was absolutely real and less than 25 feet above my head. I have not seen it since. What a trip!!

I think all ET encounters start as essentially a kind of CE-5. A person can unknowingly open themselves up to these kind of experiences by dabbling in the paranormal or esoteric. For example, talking to or see spirits, playing seriously with a Ouija board, or magic/witchcraft, a benign UFO sighting, even a parent or family members involvement in the paranormal can bring these entitites into the lives of the children, which is why there tends to be a generational aspect to this phenomenon. What I find most interesting is that there are people who have successfully stopped these recurring contact events. By taking back the authority or permissions that were subconsciously given, even lifelong contactees have gotten the phenomena to stop visiting them.

I have had experiences since childhood, I was about 4 maybe. This is the time in the late 60's when the UFOs were just being seen and talked about. I was holding my Uncle's hand, he was retired Military intelligence specialist who retired into the CIA. I still get visited and now my Brother is experiencing things, we are in our 50's. However, for the record, my experiences haven't been the best being a victim of Military Torture, MK Ultra, which I think my evil Uncle sold me off to. I have seen Gray's, Reptilian's, some giant insect, about 8-10 foot tall, seemed kind of silly acting really, then I seen hundreds of these little 3 foot tall red aliens with giant eyes who were definitely not good. All I could feel was evil coming from them and I was scared for my life. Why they didn't abduct and kill me, I don't know. When I was 15 (38 now) In Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. In October. South sky. I saw a light (craft) in the sky. Same size/brightness as the brighter stars seen in the city. it was moving in a figure 4 upside down. It moved left,down then straight up and gone in 2 seconds time. No plane could move that fast and turn like that. The year must of been around the last 1990's or even 2000.

My first sighting of sky anomalies was Halloween night 1971..in Queensville Ontario. Lights I thought were stars kept blinking in and out ...then I noticed coloured lights that looked light they were rotating at the top of the larger bottom white light. I asked in my head for them to come closer so I could see them more clearly. They did come a little closer. That when I got scared and asked them not come any farther. I was getting concerned. They responded to my thoughts. The next day I asked the neighbours if they'd ever seen anything like this. They said yes lots of times. They would hover over the hydro field beside my farm house and seemed to be recharging their ships.

Sometimes i wonder if beings are interjected into our existence for a few seconds and then they just disappear. A few years back i was going through a very rough time and didnt know how much more i could stand. I was driving and my daughter wanted to run into a gas station store. I parked and while i was waiting i was daydreaming and mentally going over all the crap that was happening in my life. After staring straight ahead for couple of minutes i realized that a man was standing right in front of my car and was looking at me. I had been so lost in thought that i literally hadn't seen him standing right there. He was tall and thin and dressed a bit odd. He had a tweed type dress hat on and a beige dressy raincoat that went below his knees. He bent down so that he could be more at my eye level. He took his index fingers and put them to his lips and made a smiling motion ans then pointed at me. I rolled my eyes and then he did it again and this time i smiled back at him. I turned my head for a second to see if anyone else was looking at him and when i turned my gaze back to him he was gone. I was looking all over the place and he wasnt there. I knew there hadn't been enough time for him to walk out of my sight but when my daughter got back in the car i described him and asked if she had seen him go into the store? She said no gave me a 'are you nuts' look. I felt like he had been sent there to let me know that things would eventually be alright. It was such a weird experience that ive never forgotten him.

I dig the trend in Fortean studies and UFOlogy toward stark objectivity. Eventually it becomes intuitively fluid, associative, axiomatic, but Dennet's Tom Wolfe-style journalistic approach is antidotal in a toxic age of feral conspiracy theories, psy-ops, agendas, and just nonsense...I do hope, like Keel, Dennet expands into the more intuitively theoretical realms and other areas of this like psychedelia. For the record, not to discount at all, but just for accuracy, Johnny Cash consumed A LOT of long-acting amphetamines during his life. I said I didn't want to discount...as with psychedelia, I wonder if both the type of person drawn to such drugs is more open to seeing these things AND if, like shadow people and Hat Man/Night Hag, stimulants like anticholinergics/deliriants tune frequencies to make such things more likely to be experienced. I'm critical, but pretty open to all real possibilities with this stuff...It's all so variable and multifaceted. @@phyllisneal8687 since you replied I should give you more details… I’m in my 60’s now but remember it like yesterday. This is what I’ve always referred to it as … ‘the white thing’ , it was a goofball sized orb of white light, LED on color. I remember seeing the ‘grey’ looking through my partially opened bedroom door, everyone else in the house was asleep. Then this ‘white thing’ flew into the room through that same door, flitted around the room for a few seconds it seemed then went under my bed, I was laying stomach down on the bed with my face in my pillow, as this was only one of many similar incidents. It seemed to fly under the bed and came right up through the bed and I could feel it entering my abdomen. It then felt as if it was a hand trying to grab something within me. This happened quite quickly. Through the years I’ve often thought about that particular incident, I never remembered it ever happening but the one time. I came to the conclusion as a child that it was trying to grab and take my Soul out of me as bizarre as that sounds??? I can also tell you that I would always know when they were coming in the evenings. My family would all be in our den watching television or playing board games and I would suddenly feel as if a weight was descending down upon me. It would make me feel as if I was as tiny as what I would now call a single ‘atom’ with everything closing in around me. Later in life I did inquire of my mother those nights in my childhood. She said EVERY-NIGHT I would insist that her and my father would open every cabinet and closet in the entire house before I would finally go to bed. She also told me they would find me outside in the middle of the night on the driveway looking up as if in a daze or just standing in their bedroom doorway in a daze looking at them. It got so eerie and dangerously disrupted that I was taken to phycologists and I remember him wanting me to draw pictures … that usually included more beings than just the family members with the large heads and the eyes. There was one bizarre incident when i apparently stuffed a pencil eraser so far up into my nasal cavity that a physician had to remove it. I now believe I was emulating something ‘they’ inserted deep into my nasal cavity. As I got older I started investigating all I could find about UFOS. Later in life they seem to invade my dreams. I do remember a very unpleasant musky / mildew type odor during some encounters. The last encounter happened in the year 2000. When I was recovering from surgery. It was 8:30am and on the back porch I saw a very thick low hanging cloud, then I actually saw a UFO come partially out of this cloud maybe a third of it. It was spherically shaped and looked like it was made out of a perfect ‘mirror’ type metal. I remember the sun gleaming off of it. It the retracted back into the cloud, this was repeated numerous times. I ran back inside to get binoculars and made sure to look T the clock on the oven, because by then I knew about missing time. I couldn’t find the binoculars do I ran back out and it came partially out of this cloud again. I had become a Christian and when I first actually saw this thing in broad daylight for the first time in my life I tell you my stomach and heart just dropped inside me with unbelievable terror. However, I did collect myself and pointed at it and, as they say, rebuked it in the name of Jesus. It then retracted once again into that cloud and never came back out. I stood there shaken for awhile. I told mother about it but no one else. She didn’t know what to say and that was that. I will tell you the Truth though, after using the name of Jesus I have had no more incidents or invasion of my dreams. I do think this is why. I did report that incident to MUFON. It happened in 2000 inShreveport Louisiana in the middle of a neighborhood in the middle of town. The cloud wasn’t more than 500-600 feet from me. I’m sure they still have it in there files. Well you’ve gotten more out of me than anyone in my whole life. I’ve maybe told 5 people total and only 2 about ‘the white thing’. I hope they go a show about that ‘white thing’ someday. There is a researcher named Joe Jordan I think who has compiled cases where the name of Jesus puts a stop to the incidents. I now think they are demonic now because it had that effect on them

I kinda wonder if it's something that happens to us all at certain ages. I think some of us just have the ability to recall eventually 🤔. I've seen some stuff in my adult years though as a child there's just a few unanswered or I complete events that have stood out as I can piece them together.
