They have clean water before 1988. I wonder what happened after 1988 that caused such a catastrophe for the country. ;)

Don't pay the bill. What are they going to do, cut off your water? But, yeah, the government needs to get its act together and hire some engineers to deal with this mess. People shouldn't have to live like that.

As your cooking fire is going, please boil the water to drink. Drink that and wash cooking pots etc. Shower with the unboiled water, is this a unrealistic view ?

Who to blame for this crisis , the current leaders would have made contingent measures since 1989 , to meet the demands of the population now , almost 4,3 million.The situation is so critical in Harare , where water is scarce and very extremely polluted . 33% of borehole water is not safe and where to access water then in this dire situation , so undermined by corruption , by the city council in service delivery , and only God need to come to rescue of the Zimbabweans from these man made disasters.

Mdc council musadaro, cant you fight for exemptions on duty for chemicals to treat water? Im not a Zanu but come on now. Its 2019 now but you cant provide clean water and pick up trash? I dont live in Zim but i wish people would take their trash and dump it at the council building. I grew up drinking tap water while watering the garden in the 80s.
