I passed for a few minutes at this point trying to think of what else I should say, but I think I've said too much. The only thing I could think of is that humans would not torture others If they believed there was another way. That's where for many people religion comes into play, it gives them "another way".

If you ever wind up at the point of a sword, you had better pray it is an evil man holding it. Because an evil man will gloat. He will drag the deed out. He will savor every moment of your helplessness and gleefully watch as you squirm, because that is his nature. You will have ample time to think of something, to play for more time, to come up with a way to escape or turn the tables. Yes, you had better pray the sword at your throat is in the hand of an evil man. Because a good man will simply drive the sword home without a word or a pause.

This story rings of inspiration from that one movie of the women that wanted to be a surgeon, but her mentor drugged and took advantage of her in some cult of other surgeons using some cocktail of Anastasia that would leave her awake but temporarily petrified. So she had some contacts of hers abduct him and store him in a deep dungeon under the city where she practiced surgery on him for her underground plastic surgery operation by removing and attaching his limbs in weird ways, splitting his tounge, sewing his eyelids into diffrent shapes, all the while keeping him hung on a meet hook by wires she jas sewn through his ribcage and feeding him with a tube she implanted through his belly button. By the end over 2 years had passed, and the serial rapist surgeon was nothing but a torso with a head and colostomy bag. his eyes, nose, mouth, teeth and ears either missing or so disfigured and modified he didn't even resemble human. Literally beyond able to even beg for death, nothing but low guttural groans of agony. Just looked it up, it's 'American Mary'
