Lots of floods come to India, to protect cattle gowww mataa, there should be ramp for the cow to go the roof in these cases. Since during flooding animals are the first tided down that drown. Not sure if this area gets flooded. Example the 100 year flood. Should be thought of. Not sure if roof ramps have been implemented and thought of. All the best :)
