Learn how to cook humba bisaya with easy-to-follow steps. HUMBA BISAYA INGREDIENTS:
1 and 1/2 kg Pork Belly
1 garlic head
2 medium-sized red onion
275ml Sprite (150ml for boiling the pork and the other 125ml for cooking humba)
240ml Pineapple Juice
100g Salted Black Beans
6 tbsp Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Vinegar (2 tbsp for boiling the pork and the other 2 tbsp for cooking humba)
3 tbsp brown sugar (you can also use the darker one)
4 pcs bay leaves (dahon ng laurel)
1 tsp Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp whole black pepper
