I think Chris needs a two week long trip to Japan so he can get some tandem practice in ebisu.
@ericturnbull9780 Жыл бұрын
i think that would be great for him. . he should go home. sell like 5 of the , "junk" cars and just head to Ebisu. I was able to drift, "OKAY". on the streets and industrial parks. but it would take me forever to settle in to a track. After my first trip to Ebisu in 2007 or 2008 (driving almost a bone stock car that i had to clutch kick all around the tracks) I was probably 10 times better when I got home from that firs trip. Especially going as fast as I could in tandem. Now over about a decde and a half, maybe a lil longer, I have been to Japan almost 10 times and now that I am alot older, lol, when I head to Japan it is usually 1 of 3 times i drift each year. . . To me; a week or ten days at Ebisu is like 6 months of drifting a skid pad in the states. And it doesn't get old Great Advice, The O.S. Peace, Eturn

Why ? Is the asphalt different? The cars in stock trim built to drift better ??? No it’s in your head it swollen… you don’t need to take a trip to one location in Japan to learn how to drift and gain confidence !! Why ? How ? What about it makes anyone more talented then drifting say the Dragon here in the states ? These comments make zero actual sense aside from the fact that your head is swollen and ego is inflated because you did something 90% of the others haven’t … No offense at all and I’m positive that knowledge and ability was gained but no more then could be gained elsewhere. If I’m wrong then fine give me a valid reasonable explanation as to why and how ??? Seriously not being a dick or a know it all but I am questioning how and why aside from the power of thought…

Lots of people turn to booze to be social... but if you're flying across the pond for an event, probably best to skip on the booze. Rudnik is the king of self-inflicted sabotage. His low self esteem coupled with social awkwardness killed this event for him before it even started. Whether it was actually true or over exaggerated the drinking and constant retelling of why he wasn't ready to drive was annoying. He lost before he even got behind the wheel. The abundant resources and skilled drivers around him will only be there so long before they get tored of his antics.
