Hey Adam! As a physiotherapist, your dad will likely be just fine with the knee replacement. Watch the wound, keep an eye on his vitality, but for the most part with proper rehab, people really get their life and mobility back with these replacement. It's great news for big changes :)

I have Aries 8H with Chiron 2* and Saturn conjunct NN at 19*. So the new moon/total solar eclipse in April, which I traveled to my mom's to see totality (it was fvcking awesome!), marked some DEEP shifts surfacing. I've had profound conversations with some of my kids (Capricorn 5H with ruler in 8H) these past 6 months. Hard conversations that just flowed, unforced, resulting in profound healing for my kids and myself. Mars in Cancer has allowed a gentle directness in those conversations. I have had to directly address my Libra SN tendency to give to my detriment. I woke up from a restless night when I usually sleep fairly well. Profound clarity in the morning light and seeing where I still need to change some things. In my professional life I was an RN. During nursing school, I was blessed to see a total knee replacement surgery. That was over 20 years ago and it is much less brutal today. Healing is much faster and post op support is better now. #grabbed - Full Moon Cardinal Grand Cross It’s big even though it’s not an eclipse if you have the lunar nodes transit your natal ones 😅 As a Leo rising Cancer Sun, this ‘almost’ grand-cross hit me with a flu, which seems random. But combines with the natal lunar nodes - Ketu in Libra, rahu in Aries, it triggered a lot of fear and traumas from childhood and even… past lives. Very violent and tragic ones, thanks to Mars and Aries 😅 And it’s the hard lesson of Aries in the 9th house that I finally learned. That tragedies happen. It’s a part of Life. You can’t control things on the material plane. What you can control is your attitude toward it. This has a bit of Piscean magic of letting go, probably thanks to Neptune in a sextile with Pluto right now 🩵🩵

Be aware that the houses he describes might not perfectly align in your chart. For instance in my case the full moon is in the 9th and the 3rd. But the Mars is in the 11th and and Pluto is in the 5th instead of 12th and 6th.

It depends on the house system. I believe Adam uses the whole sign house system. What you describe sounds like Placidus. I haven’t really settled on one for myself. For instance, in whole sign, my midheaven is placed in my ninth house. I still don’t see how that shows up in my life 😅
