Jupiter in Taurus 9th, ruling the 4th and 7th houses. I met my husband 7th in school 9th. My parents 4th had jobs in education 9th. My father was in the navy overseas 9th. As a child my family moved around often 4th, 9th. In their retirement my parents went on several international cruises. (9th). My EX 7th moved on to marry a Chinese girl 9th he met in graduate school 9th.

Wow, I have Jupiter in the 12th house in Leo, my rising sign is 29 degrees of Leo, and your interpretation was bang on for me. My father worked in a psychiatric hospital when he was married to my mother( who also is a nurse so hospital worker too) and he left us when I was 3 and was in and out of my life and disappeared out of my life at 18

My natal Saturn in house 4 capricorn , square Venus house 7 sextile mars house 6 . The relationship with father difficult and self worth issues with open relationship . I like people but found it difficult to be at ease with myself , confidence issues . Sextile mars house 6 Pisces , service to people is finding my own tribe , integration to a higher self , sharing community and value manifesting the whole that is missing ...

A great lesson, as always. I have Mercury ruling the 7th and the MC. Mercury is in the 4th, conjunct the Moon and Venus in Pisces. I met both of my husbands at work. I was working in retail in high school when I met my first husband, and in a coffee shop where I met the man I'm married to now. Both of my husbands had fathers with lots of problems. My first husband's dad was a diagnosed sociopath and had some serious addiction problems, as did my first husband. My current husband's father had a very debilitating stroke a couple of years before we met, and spent a lot of time in transitional care and physical therapy throughout the remainder of his life. My husband works in the environmental field, mostly with underground storage of oils, fluids and liquid hazardous waste. True to Mercury's conjunction with Venus and tbe Moon. My first husband was an artist and my current husband enjoys creative writing for a hobby. Thank you for helping me to take a much different look at this than what I have learned in modern astrology.

Hey, so I had a go at this! Mars is in my 6th House, so linked the health and wellbeing - when I looked at where Aries and Scorpio I found that Aries was the 9th house and Scorpio the 2nd. This works really well as it ties my passion for health and well being to philosophy and travel (I studied to be a Yoga teacher in India) and also my personal finances as I now teach yoga and make money from it!.... Did I do that right? Thanks so much!! xxx

I can follow what you're saying, but for the life of me I can't apply it to my own chart. Jupiter in 11th house, Sagittarius 7th, Pisces 10th, Virgo 4th. What represents father in my chart? Virgo/Mercury? (Father was abusive)

Take a look at your Sun and Saturn placements for father or "father figure" significations. I'd be curious if either planet is in the 4th, 8th or the 12th house and whether or not they negatively aspect each other or by Mars. x

Katie Carroll Thanks. Sun is in 8th but no aspect to Saturn or Mars. Saturn and Mars are Conjunct in 5th (libra). Saturn and Mars are square Uranus in cancer which is in opposition to my sun and square Jupiter. This is all so confusing >

@Ascension Astrology it's not going to make sense if you arent trained in classical astrology...I mean no offense by this...but people cant expect to understand and use something before studying it in depth...so this video outlines just one potential technique of many related to job, father, etc.
