Hi James, great review. However, as not all modellers have access to an Airbrush, a review of the new Humbrol acrylic range using a hairy stick would be great.

Hey Geoff thank you so much for the feed back. To be honest I thought it would be the general reaction. But I wanted to open the floor up to make sure I was providing something of interest to the viewers. So I have a couple of thoughts on how I may bring this to you if the demand is there. Stay tuned.

I'm interested in this range but have found no seller of same anywhere in the world and nothing later than October last year (2023) by way of a review. Does anyone know if they have been released and if not, if they ever will be?

Both. This airbrush test is a fair evaluation against the other acrylics as used by a majority of Content Creators. A fair assessment would also be to touch up the airbrush parts with a hairy stick, as any modeller would need to do late in build process. Seeing those touch ups and how well they match the sprayed portion is also an important factor. Straight hairy stick mixed with thinners is also needed for comparison in the straight stick only masterpieces. How much more (or less) thinner is needed for smooth coats? So realistically, all 3 evaluations are desired, as they are used. I do choose to see this video as an important piece of the overall. Maybe an interesting and different take on the hairy stick would be a new spoon and put a stripe across the bottom of the airbrush spoon, near the handle. You would get to see a touch-up on the original, or close to it for evaluation purposes, and a separate hairy stick only. Would make for an easy side by side with how the came out for not too much effort. Great job, especially the end shots against the original bottles and besides the other spoons.
