Humerus, Distal - Fracture 13C3 - Fixation with VA-LCP Distal Humerus Plates -Perpendicular Plating

In this presentation the perpendicular plating fixation of a distal humerus fracture, AO/OTA Classification 13C3, will be shown using VA-LCP Distal Humerus Plates 2.7/3.5. Following this exercise you should be able to: a) Perform the surgical approach and exposure of the fracture zone b) Describe the steps to attain anatomical reduction c) Apply the Distal Humerus Plate System to a 13C3 fracture.

Having elbow operation, jest same hand effected mild stroke,now ok. Elbow motion very tight, in elbow 3 kwires, outer pain removed. What is the cause of tight motion , flexibility? Requesting you? No one giving the correct answer. Kwire 🔗 is any problem to free motion?

I have undergone orif elbow. Now during exercise by physiotherapist I am having acute pain during exercise. Is there any injection like ansthesia for overcoming pain. My ortho is not prescribing except painkillers.

@@frenziedgoblin7646 Didn't expect that question 😂 We'll it wasn't fun. Lots of pain, painkiller side effects, physiotherapy, ... allthogether a summer wasted. I still have rather limited mobility in my elbow but I'm working on that. Still wouldn't say that injury is recommendable 🙌

@@mcb4585 I'm gonna have my surgery in 8 days or lest accident happened 48hrs ago. It's so painful. But I'm hoping I can have safe surgery with a full recovery. How long did you wear cast for after the surgery?

@@zacapa.reviews.videos I hat a "fixateur externe" for like a month because it was an open fracture. Then the main surgery and after that a plastic "light cast", which was fitted to my arm in a warm, plastic state, and wore that for 3 weeks.

@@mcb4585 are you able to lift anything heavy with that arm? Or exercise with weights? Push ups and pull ups?
