Last night was not a smooth one in terms of pain for me, but since I had to be stuck in bed anyway, at least I could take comfort in listening to all the worldful ice asmr out there! 😮‍💨🎧 Once again, I was watching one of your older videos when this new one dropped 😅 I don't care what anyone says or thinks at this point, because I truly believe these ice videos have the power to calm my nerves & anxiety; (even help me get much needed sleep) and I know I'm not the only one who feels that way.
