now recently i am trying to bring some change in my life. like: 1. I am trying to quit my drinking and smoking habit.(progress: 16 days i haven't take anything after being a chain smoker and heavy drinker)[and it is still going] 2.i reduce my phone usage from 10-12 hours a day to 1.5-2 hours a day. 3. i used to sleep at 3 am-4 am without doing anything but binging...but now i sleep regularly at 1 am and wake up around 6:30-7:00 4. and last but not the least I'm swimming daily with increasing intensity. all of changes above i started around 15-20 days ago and I'm thankful to you for supporting to bring these change...now if you get going I'll also get going...hope we win togather...

It's been 10 months I quit smoking. Knowingly or unknowingly I applied this method. After watching this video it really encourages me to quit if any bad habits in me. Thank you bro for the video, dil se shukriya 🙏👍. Your videos are really thought provoking. Since you have so many followers, please make a video on adverse effects of porn addiction / masturbation. Masturbation and porn just destroyed me but I fell grateful for it because it brought me to this place of transformation. If no bad or failure happens in life people will not work for success. I fell grateful from heart core to attain failure in many arenas of life at just 16. Many people never tried anything so they never get the failure and hence never tried to be better version . Try ,fail ,seek transformation. Believe in yourself and Stay hungry and Stay foolish. You are god's highest creation and be grateful.

I sleep 9 hrs a day.... If I cut atleast 3 hrs in it, i think I can produce wonders. My success will be much closer to me. My confidence will increase as well. I may get in learning a new skill. Mere leverage yoga se hi hai , agar mai yoga nahi kiya tho mere bachhe ko kya sikavunga bale hi mere paas paisa jyada nahi tho kya hua , November 1 2019 se maine pan masala (tobacco)kana chod diya aur aise hi pehle health leverage practice karung aur paise ka leavrage apne aap ho jayega app ka video bahut achha hai i love you Bhai , Thank you so much🙏

Guys sleep is very important to our body .. instead of reducing your sleep subtract your distraction by 1% every day you will grow I promise by the end of 2020👍

I agree. I had some pending task. I won't get a chance to sleep today. I had i chance but i missed, every day distraction eats hours of time. Sleep is as important as water. So i have decided to utilise my time judiciously

Now I will bring some changes in my life... 1. I will wake up b/w 3 to 5 am regularly from tomorrow 2. I will quit smoking and tea from today 3. I will reduce to use my phone to a minimum level except for study in mobile 4. I will bath daily 5. I will concentrate on my goal consistently.. Sleep is necessary 😴 ... You need minimum 7hours of sleep daily... Maximum (for teenager's) is 9 hour's.... For that you have to sleep before 9 pm after 🌞 sets

Sir last time maine aapse emotional setback ke baare mein pucha tha And really as i m an mbbs student from mamc india's top college Yaha bahut students hai jo bht comptetive hai , mein unse bht peeche chala gya hu. Mein steps aise lunga 1 - agr khud ko nahi sambhala toh meri saari mehnat bekar ho jayegi 2 expectations jo yha aane se pehle lga rakhi thi woh bss bekar ho jayegi 3 - sabhi ke saath hota hai Isko experience lekr peche chod dunga , aur mein unse zldi ubhrunga 4 -- so expectations h meri for pg and all unhe abhi se pura krna chalu krunga kyuki agr maine nahi kiya toh koi aur iss college se mera dream jee lega . Kya sir yeh points theek h ?? OK basically 5 steps to be followed : 1. Think about the short term pain 2. Think about the long term pain 3. Associate this pain with your values 4. decide what you are going to do instead of your bad habit(intention setting) 5. Associate this habit with short term and long term pleasure.

Hello HUM JEETENGE TEAM.. 18-DEC-19 KO MENE LIKHA THA YE MERI KAHANI HE!! मेने बदलाव लाया.. १)मेरा पुने मे जिम है CORE FITNESS CLUB- BALEWADI , रोज मे gym को तो जा रहा था, पर समज नही आ रहा business slow क्यो हो गया है expense ज्यादा और inward कम !! २) हम जितेंगे LEVERAGE EPISODE देखा ३) उतने ही input में कइ गुना ज्यादा output मीलाना, Long term pain = LONG TERM PLEASURE. ४) जिम को जाने की तयारी सुबह ४ बजे शुऱू की, याद ये रखकर उठता की अगर इस युध्द मे हार गया जहा ८ साल से मेहनत कर रहा हू, तो कभी मेरी बेटी को ये नही बता पाउूंगा की, मुश्किलो में कैसे business चलाते है. . ५) मेरे gym staff ने मुझसे कहा "सर पागल हो गए है, कितने दिन जल्दी आएंगे, २ दिन का नाटक और फिर जैसे थे वैसे हो जाएंगा" ६) ये Sunday उठने लेट हूआ, रोज जो bike से जाता हू , उसकी जगह चलके बस स्टँन्ड तक गया, जाहिर है जिम मेरी वजह से LATE खोला गया क्योकी चाबीया मेने खुद के पास रख ली थी , क्योकी BUS से पोहोचते पोहोचते मुझे ४० मिनट लगे, सारे लोग gym के बाहर खडे मेरी राह देख सुबह गुस्से से लाल मुझे देख रहे थे.... ७) उस समय पेहली बार ये मेहसूस हूआ की अगर हमारे उपर अगर बहोत सारे लोग dependent हो और आप समय पे काम न करे , तो उनका काम भी late हो जाता है और उस गए हूए महत्वपूर्ण समय का भुकतान आप वापस किसी को भी ,किसी भी तरह नही कर सकते. ८) मे जान बुझ के Sunday सुबह खुदको सजाह देने के लिए bus से travel कर लीया था, क्योकी मे late उठा था, और ये idea जो असरदार भी हूई, अौर में सबक सिख लिया ९) मे monday ,सुबह ३.३० am बिना alarm जल्दी उठा, gym जा के २८० clients k folloups सुबह से दोपहर तक किए, जिसमे से offer dekh श्याम को बहोत सारे client conversion हूए ,और इस process में मेने १ दिन में ३५ enquiry के conversions लाए और रूके हूए मेरे enquiry conversion को Positive business मे बदल दिया, जिस वजाह सें मे मेरे देन दारो का लीया हूआ २०% (२० प्रतिशद) पैसा वापस लौटा पाया. १०) और ये लिखते हूए मुझे निंद नही आ रही, यही वो magic है जो 23-12-19 कल श्याम को हूआ है ११) दोस्तो कहानी लंबी हो गइ, पर जो उपर लीखा है वो बिलकूल वैसे लीख दिया जैसा हूआ है. मे. खुश हूं ,मेरी बुरी आदत देर से उठने की और टालंमटोल करनेकी चली गयी है, CONSISTENT हो गया हू. - Thanks Team Hum Jeetenge

Main pahle 8 ke bad uthata tha lekin Main abhi to 5 or 5.30 ko daily uth raha hun apke videos ne meri kafi help ki but mujhe ab bhi 4 ko uthne main thodi mushqil ho rahi hai lekin me kar lunga... 4 am uthkar me or self-development karna chatahu...
