Some advice from my side - 1. Attend any society meeting if you have formally received notice. 2. Don't indulge into war of words with anyone, most importantly with any female. 3. Ask for CCTV footage by making a formal request. By email or speedpost. 4. Hire a lawyer now. Don't take it lightly. 5. Write to Animal Welfare society as well. 6. Being a experienced.. I would like to advice u.. Kindly installed cameras in ur house, car & carry a camera when u will be there in society.. For ur own safety.. I had 5 cameras installed @ my home.. The footage will be in record till 30days..then automatically it will be deleted from record.. U have to visit court regarding the permission.. In case they are not providing u the footage.. From court u will get the stay order & even police will have to work on it...

Your request for the cctv footage is justified and most likely legally enforceable since the accusations to either party should be backed with evidence. I suggest you hire a good lawyer and do as he says. Remember every move counts. Your society’s non-willingness to share the video promptly only weakens their argument and the world is watching. If what you claim are all true then you two got nothing to worry. But it’s also important that you try to find a peaceful solution with them, with their co-operation and support ofcourse.
