That is insane they were even stickin 2 beaks in the same flower without any carnage haha. What area is this or is it Canada? Here in the old pacific northwest rainforest we only get Annas and an occasional Rufous. I never get more than 3 at a time but they come every few minutes though. They all know me pretty well too and arent very shy. They hate each other though lol

No. When they sleep, they go in to "Torpor" -- a kind of induced hibernation. When they awake, their first meal of the day is 25% of their daily intake.
