Anjana doesn’t hv any emotional bond with this house as she has not lived here nor knows ur mom, so it’s easy for her to push u to sell the house. 4. Save ur money n buy ur own house, rather than selling ir parents property for ur own comfort. 🙏

Hello Dhruv and Anjana Please do not forget this was your mom's dream home . Auntyji own aashiana... the excitement that she had on her face was beyond words.. in the vlogs you have shared, which is a fact correct. Now it not uncleji sole responsibility to keep looking after the house but urs too.. If you can make time and use your hands to vlog, you can both make time to keep it or simply hire someone to clean it as well. Anjana and Dhruv, remember this it takes a lifetime to make something a moment to let go If you learn to appreciate what you have that every thing is perfect if not then it's nothing. You both may not like what I said but you both need to wake up and the amount of time you try to spend on vlogs try spending it looking after what you have in your hands.. Uncleji and auntyji must have gone through so much of trials and tribulations hardships to make what they could for who YOU right.. Please don't make excuses time nahi hai to keep it clean. Z generation delima..unfortunately All i will say is WAKE UP AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY "Adding something new to something ancesteral" that way your mom's and dad legacy will carry on The amount of time you have spend beautifying your rented home you both could have spent just 10% of ur time to keep this clean too... I am speaking from my heart here, try to keep the house if possible.. kyuki apna ek ghar hona chahiye.. aur ye ghar aapko abhi nhi to baad me kabhi like kuch years baad bhi fir se use aa jaaye, coz kal kisne dekha hai... If you know what I mean. its a good idea to put it on airbnb, you can try it and see for few months before making a call.. I am sure uncle ji is also invested in this idea as much as you guys.. there is no doubt in that... And its true Dhruv what you said that we get busy in our lives so much so that we delay to do many things.. I know its not easy maintaining two homes, job, vlogging and 100 other things which are happening in our everyday life.. Aaj k time pe life me 24hrs kam hai aur kaam anek hai.. agar aapko time milta hai time to time like in 3-4 weeks to aap apne ghar visit kre... Uski maintenance dekhe.. I know aap krte he honge.. agar aap nhi to uncle ji shyad jaate aate ho.. Pehle aap kuch din dekh lijiye.. ya to rent pe wapas daal kr ya airbnb bna kr.. agar chal padta hai to well n good nhi to aap sell bhi kr skte hai.. Indiependent property ki value aapko pata nahai issliye sale karna chahte ho. yaa phir pareshan hogaye ho ki bahut property hai unki dekhbal nahi karsakte.
