I think the point Hump is making is that Flip was getting real money but was still enjoying the benefits of having no real responsibilities as far as bills or mortgages because he was living with Hump. He was doing what a lot of young dudes do when they start getting paper; splurge on materialistic items that has no real value like grills and throwbacks. He probably feel that Flip took advantage of him which is wrong no matter if Flip's the star or not.

Flip's dad tried to worn Flip 🍀 ahead of time before the laws came in. They split up and later on Hump went to jail for a while. So the fact that Hump went to jail was proof that he actually was doing his side hustle. Later on Hump looked like he got Salty because Flip was still making money 💰 while he was locked up and out of the picture. And at the same time Flip dodged a major bullet. On top of that Hump controlling all the money 💰 didn't seemed wise if you ask me. If this is how the story went I Now see why Hump also sided with T.I. just like Scarface. SALTY...!
