Can you please make a updated video about how to apply for tier 2 sponsored visa jobs? As both of you are well established so it would be great how to navigate the job situation.
@HumTumInEngland6 күн бұрын
Hello the best way to apply is through LinkedIn but also check tier2sponsorslist website to make sure the company you are applying to actually got the sponsor license otherwise if you do hit and trial you’ll face lots of rejections.. so have a strategy in mind and make CV properly as per job description. Hope it helps mate 🙌🏼
@Rhythmiccharizma5 күн бұрын
@ thank you so much. When I checked UK Govt website: found out so many companies have sponsorship licenses but when I searched their company website I saw these are not valid companies.

And you shouldn’t bargain with small business owners ….u don’t bargain at malls etc
@SallyPatel-z6h8 күн бұрын
That's right. I feel very bad when people bargain with the poorer sections of society. I end up giving them more than they ask for.

We completely respect your perspective and the intention behind supporting artisans, it’s important to note that many vendors, especially in markets like Banjara Market in India, don’t actually create the items they sell. They often buy these items in bulk at significantly lower prices and resell them with a profit margin, even without bargaining. That said, financial decisions are personal, and if paying the quoted price feels right to you, that’s absolutely your choice. However, I do agree that professions like rickshaw drivers or vegetable sellers truly reflect immense hard work and often deserve a fairer compensation, as they earn very modestly for their labor.

I feel that the artisans in India are so talented that they deserve the money they ask for. I don't like to bargain with them. If I am earning well outside India, then this is my way of contributing to the hardworking and talented craftsmen in India.

@@HumTumInEngland Point taken. I would like the money to go to the artisan not to the middleman. So what you say makes sense.
