I am from Pakistan. I got a positive response from a professor for Phd.I have done 16 years of education and a bit scared about PhD. I will have to fund the difference of fee which is 13k pounds ,but that can be paid through stipend of phd. Should I avail this opportunity as I cant afford Bank statement and fee for masters degree.please guide

Hi Gaurav, I am on skilled worker visa and my wife and 7year old daughter is on dependent visa, is there any rule for depwndent visa that you should stay out of UK for any given period of time ? Also for buying property in UK if we tend to get money from India what process we should follow one i know is by gift deed but will there be any income tax issue in India?

Im in UK and on a health care visa since from last two years.Now i wanna change a sponsor with different occupation code. In this case my two years of health care visa are countable when i will apply for ILR? So i just need 3 years of sponsorship visa is this ok or not??please guide me One more question bro, as a couple im main applicant and my hus is on dependent visa.if we change main applicant and i became dependent in this case my last two years are counting in ILr??
