New builds do have lots of snagging issues. Normally, the builders fix those. Good to get the checks done from an independent surveyor expert. Btw, we have the same TV Unit. lol :)

No , gaurav is amazing, he is best in explaining things in details.we love his videos bcse he Repeats certain MAJOR IMPORTANT points, which is very fair and prudent and very good.we love how both gaurav avi show us pros cons of every thing. No other u tuber tells in details. ! Gaurav Please repeat points,bcse that way we understand well, otherwise if like others if commentary is fast in one go.. then we can't grasp stuff. Gaurav u r the BEST ,good human who helps us abt UK life without filters. There is nothing wrong in repeating points,bcse when u speak from heart it's like this only. & But when some others make artificial scripts then it becomes nonsense. Gosh…only 96? I bought a Bellway new build a few years ago and we found 60 issues ourselves. Then we had a professional snagging survey and he found another 200 defects. 😮

Not necessarily.. if you get the snagging survey done in an old house you’ll be surprised to see the snags and then no one to report to… in the new built atleast you get 2 yrs of customer care warranty

True, the advantage with old house is , any snag which is potentially damaging must have already been addressed. Also ,when you buy you get the full list of work done , which gives you enough data about structure, any issues, challenges which were even corrected ✅

A surveyor does all the survey and give you report when you buy an old house. Until everything get fixed the buyer wont buy or there will be a discount in the buying price.
