I'm watching this for the first time in 2021 recommended as one of the best Pakistani dramas. Watching episode one I thought perhaps it was just me but now in to episode two I cannot see how anyone can think this is in any way a watchable, interesting or immersive experience with such a rude, disrespectful and un Islamic heroine. It is very difficult to watch how rude she is to servants and to her grandmother, but not only that she has absolutely no personality to speak of. I hope this drama gets better but I'm not sure that I can wait it out until the end.

Sheher in Urdu means city, and zaat means identity. So the meaning is the city of existence. It metaphorically points at falak who was self absorbed and busy in her own world of fantasies, and couldn't see beyond it.
