Climate activists from This Is Rigged stormed Holyrood five times during Humza Yousaf's first outing as leader of Scotland at FMQs.
They interrupted the Scottish Tory leader Douglas Ross with every protest.

"He is picking up exactly where Nichola Sturgeon left off" Well of course he is! He's her replacement, which she supported. It would be pretty bloody stupid if he did the total opposite of what she was doing, and abandoned the push for independence completely, which is the SNP's top priority. Douglas is just repeating the same old "the people of Scotland don't want independence" lines that he did previously, because he doesn't want independence. He talks about how the economy should be the priority, and yet the economy has been wrecked by the UK government and it's Brexshit obsession. The damage Douglas's party has done to the UK is precisely why Scotland needs to leave it.

one of the reasons why Sturgeon had to go was because the SNP took over the independence debate... The fact that MSP's can say Scotland doesnt want independence is because there is no majority that suggests this is the case. We dont need to leave the UK, Scotland has all the tools it needs to make itself successful, it just needs a government that wants Scotland to be successful.

@@raphaelsainte-claire4861 "The fact that MSP's can say Scotland doesnt want independence is because there is no majority that suggests this is the case." LMAO! What a brilliant example of circular logic. How can you know that there is no majority for independence if the Scottish government has been blocked from asking everyone what they think in a referendum? That's so ridiculously stupid! Stop lying! You're just as bad as Douglas is. If there was truly no majority for independence, then the dishonest plonkers who keep insisting that that is the case would be very keen to have an independence referendum to prove it. Westminster blocked it because they know that independence would win. It's the same reason that they stopped a second Brexshit referendum from happening, because they knew that the public would have voted against it after they had learned that it was all based on lies. "We dont need to leave the UK, Scotland has all the tools it needs to make itself successful" I disagree. Scotland does indeed have everything it needs to make itself successful, but..... "it just needs a government that wants Scotland to be successful." .....it is currently trapped in a failed union by a failed government that has shafted the UK's economy with Brexshit, against the wishes of a majority in Scotland. The UK isn't even really a proper union, because if it was it's members would be able to leave it of their own accord, like we did with the EU. Scotland already has a government that wants it to succeed anyway. It's in Holyrood. It doesn't need another government from another country telling it what it can and cannot do, especially one that's so corrupt and messed up as the current one. Scotland has a much better future outside of the UK, where it can't get dragged down and screwed over by Westminster all the time. Besides, we've had 7 years of Brexiteers banging on about how brilliant independence is and how terrible corrupt unions are, so it's not really surprising that this is now being applied to the UK, as all the negative bullshit that has been said about the EU is actually more true of and applicable to the UK. Scottish independence is the logical outcome of and response to Brexshit.

Dross makes the mistake of thinking those protesters are there to whinge about independence and bash the SNP’s head in like he is. The Northern hemisphere is 33% greener than it was in 1900. Sea levels are rising at the same rate as they were in 1865. The hottest decade on record sine the ending of the "Little Ice Age", was the 1930s into the early 1940s. The earth cooled from from 1940 to 1979 by .3° C. There was no warming between 1998 and 2015, the Earth has not warmed since 2016. From February 2016 to February 2018, global average temperatures dropped by 0.56° C. The Earth was warmer, there was less sea ice, and the sea levels higher during the "Medieval Warm Period". 2022 Summer Arctic sea extent was greater and the ice thicker, than it was in 2008. Antarctica has been gaining 112 billion tons of ice a year since 1992. Yet according to NASA 2022 was the sixth hottest year on record. There is no mass extinction event occurring due to climate change, the Polar Bear population is five times what it was in 1960, and at its highest ever recorded. In 2019 more child died from problems associated with obesity, than from malnutrition or starvation. In 2020 the United States produced 25% more food than it needed or could export. All major crop yields have increased three fold since the 1940s, due in no small part to increased CO2 in the atmosphere. CO2 is a greenhouse gas, however it has never been proven that concentrations of CO2 will cause warming, in fact we know from ice cores that CO2 concentration lags behind periods of rapid warming. The world population has exploded, however it was expected to top out at nine billion, and then begin decreasing. The reason being that as developing nations become more prosperous, they tend to have less children. By depriving developing nations access to cheap fuel, they are forced to burn wood and dung to cook, light and heat their homes, causing massive health problems, deforestation, and leading to a mass extinction event as they kill local wild life to sustain themselves with protein. Bottom line..... there is no "Climate Crisis" Why are they trying to convince you there is a "Climate Crisis"........ ?
