@xanidydexidy He shoots plants when he has crew members that shoot lightning and point blank cyclones, 3 of them can turn giant(4 if you count Franky), Franky can shoot lasers, Brook can freeze, Sanji is fast enough to vanish from the human eye, Jimbei can throw water strong enough to tear through battleships, Zoro can grow multiple limbs and destroy a mountain sized being, and Luffy can do most of that on his own. This isn't Ussopp is useless in fact he beats everyone else when it comes to range and variety because while the pop green plants lack a lot of fire power in comparison to the other strawhats, they come in many shapes and sizes. Before anyone claims that Ussopp could beat Nami because he made her weapon, he made the part that acts like a staff he still has no idea how Weatherian science works.

Luffy has raided all 3 of the Marines’ major facilities including the only mass breakout of Impel Down, he fought in the Paramount War where he freed Ace, punched Garp off the platform, and tanked a hit from Sengoku, survived 2 encounters with Mihawk, took Fishman Island from Big Mom after KOing 50k Fishmen just by flexing, then went to her territory to KO two of her Commanders, steal her ponoglyph copy, then blow up her castle and leave while stealing Jinbe, punched a celestial dragon in the face, defeated several warlords, invaded Wano while the borders are still up, defeated Kaido, stole Wano for himself, and then stormed the WG’s most prized island to steal their star scientist. And if we’re ignoring the timeskip, they did it all in a span of 9 months. If the man wants smoke with you, you gonna get it. It doesn’t matter who or where you are. He doesn’t care at all about titles, rankings, social class, power level, or scale of conflict. If he wants to kick your ass, he’s gonna kick your ass. 😂
