Loving your podcast! I also recently picked up 9" circulars and they were super fiddly at first, but now, IM OBSESSED! I recommend the chiaogoo mini red lace interchangeables. Great for socks and (fingering/sport weight) sleeves!

Greetings from the UK Bella! I too think the blue looks absolutely stunning on you. I totally understand what you meant about the sleeves. It may be due to the fact the jumper is loose/wide fitting and therefore the sleeves come in at a strange position. The three quarter length is a perfect choice. I was wondering when you did your last podcast how the Yell cardigan was coming along as I had not seen you show it for a while. So many stitches and doing a chart too. Never think it is taking a long time because you have been very prolific creating many other beautiful things in between. It has been a lovely catch up with you and your projects. See you soon!

Beautiful knits as always! have you tried flipping your knitting inside out when doing colorwork on small circulars? It'll help your floats a lot, because they will have to "travel longer" if that makes any sense...

Chiaogoo has interchangeable needles with short cables. So you can use them on sleeves. I have them and love them! The blue bag set has small cables just like the small 5" or 4" needle sets.

I follow you but not all of the time... Found you again today by luck and, as the last time, can still get that cool and refreshing way you transmit in your videos like a breeze while educating us all... Today I found at least three tips and explanations that helped me for the future, IF AND WHEN I do overcome my procrastination addiction and finally finish a project... Though your podcast was not exactly what I was looking for, I saw it to the end and even replayed several parts of it in my quest for knowledge... You are extremely young to have had so much knowledge and design fundamentals and, why not say, TASTE about knitting... Perhaps you were fiddling around even before birth... Or your mom or grandmother were around a lot while you grew up, also fiddling with yarn and knitting needles... Finishing their works, instead of laying them dormant until the next spring, or several springs more, like I do... You are undoubtedly gifted and persevering, a natural communicator, and I wish for you a shower of starlit and brilliant continued success... Don't get ANYONE get in your way and just continue learning, interpreting your stitches and self-found solutions and go ahead, always forward... I come from Lima, the capital of Peru, a country where the Andes mountains grows longitudinally, parallel to the Pacific Ocean, from North to South, containing several valleys that go up to 4,000 meters above sea level... Within these valleys, isolated from each other, there are small communities that raise llamas for transport and sheep and alpacas for their wool... In these communities, from the time they start growing up, knitting is taught to girls and boys... Not only knitting of course, but sheep and alpaca herding, spinning the precious wool to thread to be knitted into warm garments they and their families can wear while struggling with freezing temperatures at the lowest temperatures one can only imagine... Besides going to school, if they can and only if a school can be found near by, sometimes by walking hours on end and returning at dusk, well into the night, they do their knitting in the quiet and darkness surrounding them in their huts, often at the light of only one candle, so their parents can take the finished product to market if such is available close to them, at least to the ones on that very Sunday in that particular nook of their immense valley... If so, they can sell these goods to tourists if they are lucky, at a higher mark up, thus contributing to the family's budget and be able to eat something different and fresh, be that green or red and survive, besides the potatoes the parents have cultivated as the only crop through that year for that particular yearly harvest... Their knitting is intricate, sort of the second one shown in your video of today... Their designs are intricate also but different from yours... They knit inside out, particularly when working a "chullo" (what they call a 'hat')... And they knit from the left, turning and returning the rows... To finalize, I think I have overextended my stay here in commenting to your video but I just wanted to convey to you how extremely helpful and clear your instructions are and would wish a wider vision of your knitting could extend to and expand the limited horizon of these people of mine so they may be able to spin and knit their wool and garments in a more progressive way and profit better from their daily efforts to find additional, more remunerative and bankable sidelines that they could use to eat, warm themselves, and survive in today's world reality... Love you...!!! (Had to edit for my English is my second language and sometimes my spelling is not so good... Sorry...)...

Gorgeous Ranunculus!! Love my 9 inch needles, use them for socks, mitts, sleeves, baby projects 😁 You should look at the Chiaogoo Mini set, it is red. Needles come in 2” and 3” for each size, and different lengths of cords. So when the sleeve is larger on a top down you can make a 10 inch or 11 inch etc. Take care 💓
