Egypt has been living between a rock and a hard place for the last 20 years with the United States forcing them into trade agreements with Israel at the same time Israel is constantly bombing them and trying to steal territory towards their greater Israel plan. Syria and Lebanon are busy fighting on their own borders to reclaim land that Israel has stolen from them in colonized. And you have to really be detached from reality if you don't remember that Iran is helping everyone in the region against israel, even their enemies Saudi arabia. You're basically blaming more victims for not being able to fight against the massive forces that have been destabilizing their governments, overthrowing their leaders, and turning them into banana republics when many of them were already fairly stable democracies over the last 100 years. Some of them have had their governments overthrown by the United States more than once. That was the initial proposal of the UN that the Zionists accepted, right? A single country for both, but I guess history has showed that if one side has superpower support, then this side can start massacres and ethnic cleansing. In 1947, it was the USSR, with minor support from Britain and France, but now it's the USA. There shouldn't be barriers inside the country, so part of the people who have been living there since ancient times would not be made refugees, and the same for immigrants from other regions who settled there afterwards over the past centuries. It will take generations to undo the hatred that was sowed and inherited from other absurd governments, but anyways, everyone deserves human rights, regardless of religion, ethnicity, social class, etc. And I know that the present segregation and abuses have left a stigma that impairs the development through many generations, so the victims should also be given deep compensation for all that their families have endured.
