Hundreds of Women Sue WEN Hair Care Products

WEN is getting slammed with claims that the product meant to help hair can actually make it fall out.

I've been using Wen for over 4 years now and I've never had a problem. all the stories I've read or heard about are from people who kept using the product after they noticed some irritation. why would you keep using the product they already caused some kind of irritation? Wouldn't it be common sense to stop using it before it got to the point of having a bald spots?

I've used Wen for over 10 yrs. Never had any kind of problem. Except the price, I only buy it once a yr. as a treat for my hair.

I've been using this for 4 years with no problems. I previously had a lot of hair falling out with very expensive shampoo and conditioners, the drain in the shower would tell the story. My hair has never been in such good condition or thicker (and yes I have very fine hair)

I have had problems losing my hair back in 2015 baggies full test, more test pieces of scalp taken, no help. Doctors said it might be a throid or many.other conditions this is a common occurrence. So wen wasn't around when all this happened to me. And how can Wen get the highest award for 12 years straight if it was such a dangerous products 😳

I loved the sound of Wen all those years ago but I didn't want to pay $50 AUD a bottle.

I think the almond mint stuff is pretty awesome. I’ve never had any bad issues with it. If you had the slightest negative reaction you should stop using anything that does that to you. Duh!

The dogs used Wen and they are loosing their hair as well .....will not use it on puppies but found out it is good as a flea shampoo

when i tried wen tea tree i broke out in a red rash instantly while i was still in the shower i looked like i had poison ivy on my hands/face it took at least a week for the ich and rash to go away. never had hair loss though. but i had good experiences with other items in his line. seasonals, 613 and kids formulas did no harm to me at all.

I remember I had a lot of hair come out but it helped to thin my hair out some because I have very thick hair.

it has to be something people are allergic to, ive been useing it for a while now, and i have not experienced burning or my hair falling out. if you are allergic to it, shame on you for not reading the ingredients, they put it on there for a reason, your the only one to blame. common logic

It's so weird 'cause I used this back in like 2007/2008 when I was in high-school and it was the best my hair looked. But it was literally a conditioner. Like I remember using it for a while and then being like wait.... this is just an expensive conditioner!!! 😅 I stopped using it 'cause it was expensive and also had no "washing" qualities. It just moisturized.

I just said the same thing, Christine. Only 200 people? Yeah, 200 idiots trying to steal from those that work hard and are honest. Chaz is a VERY rare jewel of a person. I've used Wen for 11 years exclusively and my hair is in better shape than when I was 19 yrs. old. It's SO luxurious. Chaz himself uses nothing but Wen on himself and his clients. Wen is patented too. Just another case of assholes trying to make a buck, just like you posted.

IVE USED WEN IN THE PAST. WHAT I NOTICED MOST, WAS THE ENTENSIVE CONDITION FIRST WAS A BIT STRONG. SO I STOPED THAT ITEM. BUT THE CLEANSING CONDITIONER WAS AWESOME. THE WEN COMPANY SHOULD ONLY SEND OUT FIRST ORDERS AS A SAMPLE PACKAGE ALERGY TEST KIT. JUST IN CASE THERE IS A NEGATIVE REACTION TO THE PRODUCTS. TRUTH BE TOLD, THERE ARE PLENTY OF MEN AND WOMAN WHO'VE HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIANCE WITH WEN.

It's ridiculous. I've used Wen for 11 years exclusively and my hair is amazing. These so called women and ONLY 200? Well, they can have they're 20 bucks and enjoy the phony law suit. Enjoy your blood money. Wen is perfectly safe. Not only is the cleansing conditioner amazing but there is NO body lotion made to date that can beat Chaz's Body Treatments. That's what they are. You use it head to toe as a lotion but it's a body TREATMENT. No need to reapply too. Any time someone makes it big there is ALWAYS a small bunch of assholes waiting to steal from those that work hard and are honest.

+That Is My Prerogative Exactly! I've been using this product for 6 years and haven't had any problems. Someone needs to find a common denominator among these women. Some products say things like do not use if allergic to shellfish. Well, maybe it's something as simple as that. These women might be allergic to one of the key ingredients, and that's what's causing the damage. I can tell everyone that I love Wen, it's done wonders for my hair! I worked 3 days for their packing area 2 years ago And heard many cases of hair loss. I was given their shampoo for free and my hair was a total grease ball each time I used it. I'd never pay a cent for their stuff.
