It's actually a concise summary of thirteen fundamental principles of Jewish belief, famously formulated by the great scholar and philosopher, Rambam (Maimonides), in his work "Sefer HaIkkarim."
These principles encompass various concepts like the existence of God, the uniqueness of His being, the divine origin of the Torah, the role of prophets, and the future messianic redemption. HaShem , the celestial Father puis them there and it not easy for them.
