Hung Curd Chutney or Churpi is a Nepali delicacy. It is quite popular in the states of Sikkim, Darjeeling and the entire Himalayan region. It is very easy to prepare and is an amazing taste enhancer. You can have it as a side dish with your lunch or dinner. It can also be used as a dressing to green leaf vegetable dish such as Palak aalo or with any other Saag(green leaves) recipe.
I have prepared this dish with very limited spices. You can add more spices and come out with a totally different variety of it. Also, it goes really well with roasted peanuts.
