hello sir, thank you for your valuable contents. one important thing to clarify sir. i am a sri lankan and i have applied for a work visa. i received my offer letter in late december 2024 and waiting for the work permit. in my offer letter under employer details they have mentioned the recruitment agency which is registerd in Hungary by a non EU person and our agent in sri lanka said in the work permit also we are getting the same employer address which is mentioned in the offer letter. will that be okay to get the visa since the employer details are mentioned as the recruitment agency and with the new rules and regulations will it be okay ????? the sri lankan agent said that we are assigning to the companies after visit Hungary..
