Hungary will not participate in Nato Ukraine funding | BBC News

Hungary will not take part in further Nato-led efforts to coordinate security assistance and training for Ukraine.
The news was announced at a joint conference in Budapest between the Hungarian prime minister Viktor Orbán and the head of Nato Jens Stoltenberg.
Although Orbán is Moscow’s closest ally in the European Union, he has pledged not to block Nato funding for Ukraine by other allies.

NATO donating weapons to a state defending itself from invasion is arguable not pure neutrality, but along which twisted line of thinking is this an act of aggression? It is like arguing that giving your neighbor whose house is on fire a bucket of water makes you an arsonist. Sure russia will face our weapons... but if they did not want to they should not have started an invasion of a country that we have a vested interest in helping defend itself.
