Plot Synopsis:
Set 51 years before Katniss Everdeen stepped foot in the arena was Cirrus Quell, the 17-year-old District 7 volunteer for the 23rd Annual Hunger Games. The real reason why the Quarter Quell was created.

Alex M i would probably just stay calm and focused on a random backpack that seems useful and then go. what i mean is that i would just grab a bagpack and proceed to keep running. but if i were to know a lot about plants ETC i will probably not even bother to run towards the cornucopia lol, just look at rue she survived on her own for one week, until she found katniss.

I read a story in wattpad, it tells a story of a district 8 girl who fought a district 7 boy named cyrus. His uncle was named Cirrus Quell, he was picked in the 23rd hg. When he was announced the victor, he committed suicide. And that’s how we got the name quell every 25 years

There are so many really poorly made Hunger Games related films on youtube and I didn't know what to expect but figured I'd give it a shot and I'm absolutely floored by the look and professionalisim of this. This is gorgeously shot, really well casted, great editing. Everyone involved with this should be really proud of themselves. This is better and more creative then half of what you see going direct to DVD.

One of my favorite parts about this was just how it wasn't rainbows and sunshine for the tribute, especially Cirrus. I loved how hard it was for him throughout the entire movie and the ending was really well done and extremely powerful. AMAZING job.

What I notice is the cinematography. Whoever handled the camera was brilliant! And editing was flawless too. The acting are good, but I'll wait until after I watch more speaking part for further comments. The opening narration was already very good though. The props were minimal, but optimally used. Bravo! And whoever scouted for the settings, he/she/they have very good eyes.
