I love your review! I had hesitated to go to Bistro 1968 because it is 22 miles away (and 55 minutes of morning traffic away), but your review convinced me I should. You show the item on the menu and the food itself; this is the first time anyone has done that. I will be knowledgeable and prepared and will know what I will order when I go there for the first time. Thank you! ADDED: By the way, may I ask what day of the week you went? Also, is the entrance to their parking lot to the left of their restaurant's front entrance? Thanks.

Sounds good. However, I heard some of these dumplings like harcow, suimai etc were made in China and sent to many of these Asian restaurants. That's why they are able to sell cheap. Not sure if it's true. Is there any way you can confirm?

I can easily go through 6 plates of regular dim sum, just have to not overdo it since they charge for leftover food.
