good chef, good style, but in a gathering like this you do not serve food and teach them how to eat them one by one like that. it's a friendly Filipino gathering it's not a fine dining, where you tell your diners or your cutomer how to eat them. but it's all look delicious though. still a thumbs up for me. Just sayin'
