I love the owner: if he won't eat it, he won't serve it. There are a lot of restaurants and cooks out there that, unfortunately, don't have that value. The trailer is just as bright and attractive as the weather over there. I want some "tendy" Greek food too!

The simplest things make me happy sometimes--I love to dredge Greek bread in homemade tzatziki. *drool* Unfortunately, I hate a staple of the Greek diet: olives. And lamb, but that's easier to get around.

You Americans are lucky you have everything there. In the UK vendors aren't as big and popular And the only food carts there are are mainly hot dog/burger carts, not so many different foods from all around the world

when you say dolma it don't has meat inside when it has meat it's called yapraki and this one served with a sause made of eggs and lemon (my favorite food ^_^)
