Wow, what an assortment of food! Everything looked so rich in Guadalajara. The tripe soup was so packed, I don't like tripe myself, but I would definitely give it a try after watching Chris eat it. It actually looked really good! That wet sandwich and the birria, so meaty! Everything looked so good! Awesome video again, can't wait to see more from Guadalajara.

the menudo looks delish.. ive never had torta and theres so many mexican restaurants here in the Bay Area , I havent thought of trying it.... food looks sooo good making me hungry you guys im devouring my costco chicken.. lol thanks for sharing

Hello there! 😊 Somehow the tripe combo and goat dish reminds me of my grandma's cooking (i.e. something I still lack kitchen experience to properly replicate 😅) It is really interesting for me to get to know menudo and adobo from México. PH have similarly named dishes, but I guess the familiarity stops at the names, and to the color to some extent (maybe from the anatto or chiles or paprika). Torta Ahogada looks divine 😊, and I bet tastes just as fine as it looks. The drinks also look so tasty and especially refreshing on a toasty afternoon. Thanks for the vid. The drown sandwich looks really tasty. This is a random thought, but do you think that the cutting board he is using used to be flat flat and then slowly he cut down a depression into it and overtime the people have eaten all of that plastic? Or do you buy it like that ?

It mostly has an interesting texture, also depending on where you get it, it could have a bit of an odour which can be offputting to some. You're adventurous though so it could be something you like!

Realmente el peor menudo que eh probado es en Guadalajara. En varias partes lo probe y no esta bueno. Para menudo bueno michoacan, Guanajuato,el df , Oaxaca y puebla.
