But it’s not isolated pain like this. It’s constant. I have endometriosis. This pain literally lasts 3-4 days. I’m bent double in pain and lie on the bathroom floor seeing stars if my body has the actual nerve to need to poop during my period. Labour was so easy compared to period pain.

The reactions were hilarious! That said, you could use those things to tone. You still have to go to the gym, but at the right setting it forces your muscles to contract, and constant contraction will lead to toning, so don’t poo-poo that idea. Not saying I recommend it, just saying.
