Start by finding a flatpick and tuning your guitar to drop D, which is DADGBE (from low to high).
Then follow the on-screen tabs!
The song consists of several distinct sections. I recommend learning these one-by-one and then piecing them together.
0:35 Section A: bars 1 - 8
In the intro, use your pick for the bass and constant droning notes. Pluck the melody notes on the second string with your middle finger and the melody notes on the first string with your ring finger.
0:59 Section B: bars 9 - 16
Building on the intro, this section gets more complicated. The idea is to use your pick as much as possible and then your ring and middle finger in places where you need to play multiple notes at the same time. The same principle of using your middle finger for the 2nd string and ring finger for the 1st applies here too. This section is starting to get a little louder.
1:31 Section C: bars 17 - 24
The culmination of the first part of the song, the picking is done solely with the flatpick. In bar 20, use your pinky to slide to the D note on the 10th fret of the 1st string and your middle or ring finger for the last note of the bar.
1:54 Section D: bars 25 - 32
The next part is a simple melody that is played in three different positions on the guitar to keep it more interesting, starting in the tenth fret position. In bar 32, move to the fifth fret position for the last half of the bar to make it easier to start bar 33 in the first fret position.
2:21 Section D (continued): bars 33 - 36
Repeat these four bars twice.
2:49 Section D (continued): bars 37 - 44
This third position for playing basically the same melody as the last two positions starts with a palm mute and fairly quietly, growing in loudness as you reach the second repetion which is played without muting.
3:14 Section E: bars 45 - 52
From here on, it is basically all strumming. I have marked the recommended strumming patterns, but you can listen to the original and play it any way you want. Bar 52, which is full of strumming, might need extra practice for playing at higher tempos. You can palm mute as you see fit.
3:59 Section E (continued): bars 53 - 60
These bars are similar to the previous ones, with a bar chord and few other chords thrown in.
4:23 Section E (continued): bars 61 - 69
A climb up the fretboard and a familiar strumming pattern from bar 52 ends this song.

Well, lots of people are returning to Witcher 3 after getting disappointed by Cyberpunk...sooooo Who am I kidding. TW3 is still going to be relevant couple of years later. Take me, for eg. I've been playing the game regularly but I don't always look up music (partly because I already have the OST downloaded. Plus, maybe not a lot of people play guitar.

is that a mistake in section b? on the 2 string a hear something like open note not tabbed like in sheet?

If in doubt, play like it's written. There should be no open second string in section b.

I would not say that it's easy. Depends on how confident and accurate you are with a pick. But you can give it a try and come back later if it seems out of reach at the moment.
