Next time install a crashbar, so your bumper doesn't hang off after every contact. Many cars have crashbars available, for example: Pessima, Bastion, Barstow, Moonhawk, BX, Fullsize, Wendover. Or equip a Pickup or Roamer with a massive steel "fence", which does an even better job, especially if you lower "the fence" to the ground so it absorbs impacts better.

What if Alex in one of these had a set number of car resets. Shorten the time, have others in smaller cars, and alex can only reset when damaged or stuck 10 or 15 times. It will add an element where the hunted may want to sacrifice in order to eliminate alex.

I forget the name of that ETK car type you're driving, but it and the other modern variant I hardly ever drive because the only thing they seem to be good for is straight line speed on smooth surfaces. Acceleration and turning are terrible when they have ETC Electric Traction and stability Control equipped, to which I find it a constant fight getting the vehicle to do what I want it to do. In my 13 years of real life driving, neither of the two vehicles I have owned, had ETC. My first vehicle didn't even have ABS let alone Power Steering.
