Wohoo! I got a classic rubber dead flesh Speccy and a 2a as well 😊 hunt the wumpus is more like a TI 99/4a thing for me. Manic Miner, JetPack and Jet set Willy! 🎉 btw, are you into CPC as well? My first 8bit was a 464 in April 1985.

We talk about Hunt the Wumpus in one of our beginner programming classes. I thought this was a really neat version of the game, and super cool that it was retro-ported to the ZX Spectrum. I don't think I've ever used a CPC machine. I might have briefly touched one at the Centre for Computing History in Cambridge. I started with an MSX based Toshiba HX-10.
