Just 1 sub, that's a luxury, Flammy . . . I was in one match in a bottom tier 8 BB with 2 subs, 2 DD's and the CV chasing after me . . . I think my damage for that game was about 12k as all I could do was kite away and use its one rear gun and depth charge drops, lol . . . needless to say I ended up sunk . . .

Hard to say. They did shoot just before he died but Secondaries take forever to respond to a target that gets spotted within range. Part of that is cuz they always reset to default position whenever they aren't shooting and the other is render times. They also act very weird whenever there is an island in the way. You'd think they could shoot over a certain island and they just decide not to lol

Although you played this game like a rockstar you also proved multiple things about Wows. Your team needed to be less bad than the enemy to win this and thus making your WR higher.. Having a bad enemy cv is lmost mandatory for having a good game and maybe even a win, same goes for that enemy sub player, if he was better he would have owned you while still not winning the game. And since WG only balances subs and cv around the performance parameters of their popularity and then how good players perform in them we all know how they became stupidly OP with much counterplay options, "just dodge and perform the special maneuver already..." Love you content @Flambass and am glad you have found your balance and fun back.. just don't let Wows suck it out again ok?

The difference between CV and sub is, that a CV might give up at some point, while the subs stick to you all game. So a CV can mess the whole enemy team up and a sub will ruin the game of just one player. And the video title is incorrect.

These subs ruined the game for me. I can put up with CVs (RTS & "Rework". Actually I prefer the RTS), at least you can see the planes coming. With subs, by the time they ping you, the torps are already on their way. The cherry on the cake is how their pings & torps out range your depth charge planes (that is if you're lucky to have them and not depth charges at the back of the ship), so they can shoot at you with impunity & there is nothing you can do

Goddamn, that Gnevny was useless. One or two salvos to kill the Kiev, instead uses torps and misses, then apparently forgets the Kiev also has torps and gets sunk from almost full health. Watching this video just reinforces my decision to uninstall this game a few months ago. Wargaming just destroyed what was once a fun and enjoyable game. The counterplay/interaction with Subs and CVs is sooo unimpactfull, frustrating and JUST NO FUN...it plainly ruins the game completely for me. Otherwise I'd happily shower WG with my money for Ships and Premium. But NOOOOOO, Sub and CV griefer whales are much more valuable, than the other 90-95% of the player base. Laughable.
