Hunter 100k XP AOE Farm 1 Pull (solo) LBRS | WoW Classic SoD

If you have the bag space it's best to use itemrack and make a set with all your gear removed but jewelry since that doesn't have durability, die and run back as the gy is in the middle of brm. If your bags are full logoff start a timer for 5mins and log back on you will be ported to the front, make sure to run out and reset though.

Instead of jumping down on the far side at the start, you can run around and aggro the spiders on the other side, then jump down. You can even start this pull up at the ogres, run further in to get the two bug camps, and then jump down on the left of the door. Just make sure you wait for the ogres to get close before you pull the first spider camp. After this pull is done, there's a safe spot up the rocks to the right. You just have to jump on the flat ledge and park your boostie. Now you can do some more fun pulls: Wolf bosses: Just keep shooting them while you kite them down. The second wolf boss can even be slowed. Last boss: You can stealth pull the last boss and kill him. Just watch out for summoners that can mess up your pull. Pulling mobs to Vol'jin: You can use the safe spot to pull mobs to Vol'jin. Just stealth in, aggro them, and run towards the spiders. Then, jump down and kill them. You can also pull Vol'jin himself. These mobs are slow because of healing. Stuff I think is possible but haven’t tried: Stealth pull the room above Vol'jin's room. There's a rock at the start of LBRS, top right. I think there's potential for juggle pulls there. Stuff I have tried and couldn’t get to work: There's a crack right below the UBRS key quest guy towards the edge. You can juggle mobs there, but it's hard with the casters. It has potential, but I haven't tested it enough. In the crack where the insects are next to the ogres, you can jump down to the ogre boss, pull him and all the mobs out, then jump down onto the bridge and up onto the ledge. Here, you can juggle all the ogres back and forth. I'm just clumsy, so I kept falling down In theory, you can pull a lot of mobs to this spot. And again, using the other crack in the rock makes the juggling a lot easier, and the mobs cast fewer spells. Lastly, great content! I hope you make a video about the 200-mob pull in BRD.

@@tomas7941 My original intent was to grab ogres but my pet would always take too much damage trying to round them all up lol. This cat at the time was only loyalty lvl 2 so it was quite weak. The tip about the spider pack makes sense I assumed they all would pull aha. Thanks for all the other boss advice as well.

I knew you'd find a way to improve this pull. Been doing this myself for a while now to boost some buddies and get some gold, but the stealthing angle has really increased the number of mobs I get per pull. Thanks for the tip. With ZG announced, I can't wait to see what insanity you get up to in there next phase.

@@Sunless1337 haha might be tough if some mobs are resisting the frost trap they will run while the others are slowed splitting the pack. Have trap hit talents and frost ring rune!

@@Sunless1337 Also your pet aggros based on your level so your pet will body pull stuff from far range if you're a low level. This is a great spot to level pets though. I took a wyvern from 20 to 60 in like 3hrs.

I've leveled 5 alts to 60 here in past 2 weeks, one suggestion on kill phase is zoom way out and put camera above so easy to jump and explosive shot and make kill phase faster.

Also I usually do a second pull with the wolf boss and the quartermaster and his adds, the ogres and beetles. Might be overall faster to just redo the big orc pull but its still fun, have to watch out some mobs summon you if you are not fast with peeks.

@@bromz8With the larger pull I don't even really like explosive shotting unless it's for sure open since the kill time is already so fast with trap. Usually would get debuffs from the casters if I hung out to shoot often.

Not sure how much you do boosting; but I've run into issues when pulling in instances with pets where they'll just ignore my pet shortly after aggro and beeline for my hunter no matter where I'm at in the instances. Is there a specific way to combat this? Or is it one of the bad antiboost mechanics I heard about that came from SoM lol?

@@wushu7294 I think the only time I had that happen was when I wasn't using prowl and running past the start unstealthed. You could also use a wolf and manually howl, this will make all the mobs go back to your pet instantly, but without stealth it'll be harder to live for the big pull imo.

Yes, this was made after frost trap got removed from trap launcher. You just drop and maintain frost trap on each side.

@@qorda1337 I don't recall having mobs go slow immune unless something was changed. All I do is try to keep up frost traps on each corner and prio explosive trap and get off the odd explosive shot. I was there a few weeks ago and never had them go immune either but the mobs die fast as a geared 60.

@@qorda1337 As a lower level you can get the odd resist on frost trap and a couple mobs speed up for a few seconds compared to the pack. Have 2/2 trap hit talents and frost ring rune on.

@@Bogpillz yup that fixed it for me! I was lvl 54 so thats probably what happened. I thought SoD had anti boosting mechanics? Or is it only ZF zombies that has that weird stuff?

@@qorda1337 Yeah these mobs don't have that mechanic like zf zombies and brd dwarves that get really fast and permanently slow immune after a short period of time.

@@drulli6 You can do a run in ~10mins or less so it can be crazy if you aren't dying mid aoe. To reset logoff for 5mins or take off your gear so you don't lose durability then die in the lava since the graveyard is in the middle of brm.

@@xiaomimi274 Not sure. Would depend on how much runecloth is worth on your server and if you have disenchanting. I can't remember how much pure gold was from looting, not tons though.

New to this farm, currently using wolf and I can get this pull no issue but when I try to pull spiders/ogres and bugs they kill my pet but then reset…any suggestions on how to get them down?

@@AbrifTbag If you're trying to 1 pull it all you need a cat with prowl. I tried adding ogres to the 1 pull but I'de either only pull half of it or when I'de pull them all my pet took too much damage to round up the rest of the mobs. Seemed more rng than reliable. Cat prowl would also allow you to start the pull at the top and not have spiders chasing until the end. You can grab a high level cat from winterspring!

@@AbrifTbag If your pet dies too early trying to pull bugs and ogres the mobs will reset if you're standing in the aoe spot. Check out tomas comment he left describing how to add more to the 1 pull. My cat was only loyalty lvl 2 so maybe at 60 and with full points it's more realistic to add bugs+ogres.

Not sure, it's not crazy but you get lots of runecloth and some raw gold. It's a lot better with disenchanting for the chance of getting greater eternal essences.

I've only been using survival in pvp now, you can get the health talents 5/5 or 4/5 if you put 1pt into trap resist. Also lets you take counterattack which is really strong when you pop deterrence it always procs really fast giving you an instant root. It doesn't DR too. Marksman would be the same playstyle just with a little less utility.

Good tip: use a faster weapon , I got a hurricane bow for like 15g on Ah, allows you to peak and get explosive shot off way quicker and smoother

I think weapon speed would only make a difference for the autos since explosive shot is an ability not impacted by wep speed it can be cast at any point during or without an autoshot.

@@Mikehunthurts91 any huge aoe pull you're pathing you don't want entrapment since it will mess up the cluster of mobs. Some stuff will get entrapped while others will be moving around the sides freely.
