Damn the list got me rolling 😂sorry 😂 For the characters I have used 1.Kang (Sr bleeder) is definitely OP Maybe not top tier but he is OP 2. NAM is genuinely the second or the best breaker if you have all breakers at A0 A1 ( Including SSR) definitely Better than woo jin chool For the others I don't use much them so can't really say
