While i admit i haven’t read the manga, this wouldn’t be the first time in the series where Kurapika took the lead role, since ya know, Yorknew happened. Someone made a comment somewhere about how each of the main 4 get their own arcs where they’re important. Hunter Exam - All 4 Heaven’s Arena - Gon and Killua Yorknew - Kurapika Greed Island - Gon and Killua Chimera Ants - Gon and Killua Chairman Election - Killua and Leorio i think (or at least i hope) it’s only a matter of time before the focus goes back to Gon and Killua

the most sad thing about this song I just noticed how it's implemented Gon and Killua's friendship, and when the 2nd to the last episode where Gon and Killua seperated instead of the other song this song played instead saying the first lyrics "I'm here, right next to you for now that's all I need" it showed Gon and Killua slowly parting away from each other with their sad expressions, aNDD the flashback starts, really still hits me harder than my asian mom's beating. Even I had to rewatch it for the 10th time it doesn't change.
