The Hunter x Hunter u watch is the remake version, of course it looks like newer anime.. Actually Naruto got much influence from Hunter x Hunter.. like kurapika the red eyes person who want to revenge for the bloodline just like sasuke..

I've always found it fascinating how the Captain commends Gon, Leorio and Kurapika for not being seasick after the storm... But there is also the Chore boy acting distraught but also being okay like Gin and the rest

HxH came out in (or at least this version you are watching) 2011. There is a 1999 version too, which is what i saw when i was little. Myself and prob the majority of the HxH community, suggest you watch the first episode of the 1999 version, just the one (Provides relevant context for the journey and honest to god we dont know why they left it out of the 2011 remake)

This anime is one of the best, enjoy. Also i don't know if u know but is very similar to Naruto, in fact Naruto take some things inspired on Hunter x Hunter.

Funfact's you need to know about hxh 1: mito-san is gon's aunt not mother 2: hxh was first made in 1999 but they remade it in 2011 3: kurapick is a boy and not a girl same with illumi if you don't know how he is he is the long haird black boy in the intro

​@@AilinciaReacts Chainsaw man , kaijo , hunter , naruto Naruto and Hunter x Hunter are two long series with many big scenes so I recommend focusing on one of them, and I'm also excited to see your reaction to the upcoming in Naruto and the Fourth Great Ninja War, knowing that Naruto Shippuden has a lot of fillers that you don't need to watch, I can tell you the important fillers if you want to

i love hxh but people are hyping it up too much, it can be slow at times so my advice is to not expect much :p

I would advice you not to waste your time with this anime. It's probably the most overrated among the most popular. This one isn't even finished and the writing is terrible. Cool characters though. Haven fun if you decide to continue, I know many people liked it.

​@@craigime I think you're being too kind towards the terrible writing in this show. *SPOILERS BELOW* You spend 75% of the show learning and training a power system that doesn't matter in the end because some ants break every rule stablished up to that point. Terrible OP villains without flaws and personalities, it still pains me to remember the plot. There are so many good animes out there that reveal this one as a waste of time...

@@serghonest9 to be fair i haven't seen it in years and i only watched it one time. i actually forgot how OP the ants were out of nowhere- especially since many of them were literally born days before their fights... now that i think about it, i had to watch many episodes of the ant arc on 2x speed because it felt like it was dragging unnecessarily. so yeah i see where you're coming from. though, i think rather than having no personalities, the villains are very shallow, and i don't see them getting any better.
