Hisoka has strong physical strength, a very sharp sense of whats happening and good foresight. Not only that but the ability to make things appear differently than they are AND to use bungie gum properly, not to mention his use of projectile/close quarters weaponry makes him extremely versatile. He's strong but what we have yet to see is exactly how strong. As I said, when has he actually had a challenge?

Actually when hisoka was "number counting" power it was clear what level he was at. the zodiac were between 73-86, Killua's brother was 90. But if you notice discluding his personality he's probably stronger than Killua's brother, any single zodiac, and at least most of the spider's group. Now Netero? He probably wasn't near there, but the king ant's guard? Maybe....its a grey area since we really havn't seen him fight an even battle yet =(.
