It’s all the more crazier when you know that Killua has no sisters! And Pitou in the manga is a boy as well! But they made him female in the anime for some reason? My first guess was that they didn’t want any trans or drag characters in the anime. But then that doesn’t change the fact that they have both of Killua’s brothers dressed as girls! But my second reason for assuming why they changed him/her is because they wanted a female upper echelon Ant or Royal Guard, because Yupi, Pouf, and also Meruem were all males. And I’m guessing that they wanted some female representation for them in the higher ranks or something like that.
