Man, this show is soooo underrated. I love the story & characters. Interestingly, they were created by the same person who worked on Winx Club, another childhood show i loved. Also, Lok was voiced by Yuri Lowenthal himself!

Just from this episode Huntik gives off the vibes of a mid-2000s deviantart story that got turned into a show. The character names and designs, the focus on amulets and worldbuilding all paint that picture, though I'm not saying it's a bad thing lol

This was one of my favorite shows growing up ! Still sour about the lack of a season 3 ! I mean, season 2 wasn't that bad, and there are more myths to be explored, such as Yamatai, or Norse mythology. Not to mention, a season surrounding the Nullifiers could give us an excuse to FINALLY see what Huntik is like.

This show was all my childhood. I'll never forget seeing this on Canal Panda and Panda Biggs (in Portugal) and wondering how many legends and stories there are in the world. It's probably one of the reasons I love reading stories so much right now, and it helped me so much in my life (specially in bad moments). I'll never thank you enought for that. Truly!!! Although I do have to say I was very sad when I discover that we weren't getting a season 3. I still think this show had so much potential with all the legends that exists in the world... It's sad but still thank you for everything. I'll probably cherish this show for the rest of my life and even introduce my future kids if it's still here😊

One thing I wish they had was subtitles for all languages. Just because I have an audio processing disorder, so it’s really hard for me to differentiate between the background sounds and the words being said. But other than that I’m so happy I found this!!! I have very fond memories watching this show on Jetix and Disney XD when I was a kid. It was one of my favorites then, and it still is one of my favorites today. Iginio Straffi, the guy who created Monster Allergy and Winx Club, did not need to go all out on this. But he did anyway, by making the most epic story he could. Which he did by making it look, sound, and feel like a gosh darn anime. It really is an incredible achievement. I'm definitely gonna love rewatching this again from start to finish

Grier was one of my favorite characters from the show, along with Dante. I always loved the disciplined military guys. And I've learned to like the relaxed, yet professional type. Also, Grier really holds more power than DeFoe does, doesn't he ? Even if not by title. That's why DaFoe hates him. He sees a mix of Grier and himself in Dante that he can never hope to catch up to.

He doesn't hate grier actually, at least not a t the beginning of the series. He just considers him another one of his soldiers. The moment he went against daFoe whises is when he starts hating him. But yes, Grier is a much more talented and powerful seeker than daFoe.
