Wandering spiders will nearly always do a threat display before biting, plus they're araneomorphs, so they actually have to pinch your skin between their teeth to inject venom, while funnel webs have fangs that stab straight down, and they're going to be dripping with venom, as part of their threat display. Very rare that you get a dry bite from a funnelweb, while most wandering spider bites are dry bites. It's just due to the differing venom delivery mechanisms

That "cave spider" is what I've known as a "whip spider" and they're the biggest sweethearts you'll ever find with six legs. You can even see in the video how it's covering its face with its claws rather than trying anything aggressive.
